We get to choose how we want to experience our sexual self

It is so easy to allow our past life experiences to affect our current life experience. If we have had a past lover who broke our trust and hurt us deeply it is so easy to allow this energy to transfer over to our present reality. If we had a father that was loud, dominate and made us feel unsafe and insecure in opening up and sharing our truth then this same emotional energy can activate inside of us when our husband becomes loud or we feel like we are unable to express our wants and desires. If in our past the masculine energy came across as aggressive, forceful and overpowering then these same energies get activated when we are trying to connect sexually with our husband. Decide today to drop your guard. There is no way that a woman can feel the full sensations of her sexual self if she is self protecting. Life experience may have allowed us to think that the world is not safe...that men are not safe. These are past experiences. If we are in safe space and we have a loving partner then now is the perfect time to drop our guard. Our guard is not keeping us safe it is slowly suffocating us, a silent killer in the wind that blows all day. Release the guard around your heart.
