We all know that working out our bodies creates feelings of excitement, endurance, happiness and success. Now take these accomplishments and add in working out with your spouse, and BOOM...immediate chemistry and excitement will be brought back into your relationship. Set a goal together and work toward this with dedication, determination and with a passionate fire. Encourage one another and compliment one another in this process. Remember the pure love you once felt for one another and tap into that emotion. Have fun with one another. Bring laughter and creativity plus focus and inspiration to achieve your desired results. Working out is very empowering and when we couple this together with love, laughter, marriage and endorphonies, then MAGIC happens. This magic will carry over into the bedroom. When we are feeling happy with one another then sex is a natural process that we want to take place....no matter how long we have been married. Focus on achieving a result that is challenging. My personal goal is to see my ab muscles. I know they are there but they have never been visible to me. This is a challenge that will take pure dedication, determination and persistance. I know I will achieve this result and I am feeling super excited about my life. My hubby is dedicated to putting on 25 pounds of muscle. This is his personal goal. He is dedicated, determined and persistant as well. With the support of one another we will achieve these results and our bodies, minds and souls are committed to one another in everyway. This connection strengthens the connection in the bedroom. We must have confidence, passion and excitement in the bedroom. What better way can this be achieved then supporting, loving and encouraging one another in every part of your daily lives.
BE COMMITTED, BE PASSIONATE, BE PERSISTANT, BE POSITIVE, BE CONFIDENT, AND YOUR BEDROOM WILL BE ON FIRE!!!
